These terms cover use of the SkipQue website. Contact contact@skipque.com in Kampala, Uganda with questions. A separately agreed service order governs a paid business subscription.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or submit information you are not entitled to share. Keep account credentials and booking links private. Enquiry and booking forms are intended for adults submitting their own information.

Enquiries and bookings

Contacting sales does not start a subscription or authorise a charge. A booking is confirmed only when the booking service returns a confirmation. Appointment availability and service delivery are managed by the relevant service provider.

Prices and payment

Published subscription prices are in US dollars. Monthly and annual billing periods are shown separately; an annual price is the total for the year. Before paying, obtain a written quote identifying applicable taxes, hardware, messaging, installation or other additional costs, along with renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Do not assume an unlisted item is included. This website does not collect payment details.

Product information

Dashboard and app previews contain illustrative data. Features, availability and implementation requirements should be confirmed for your chosen plan. We do not promise a particular reduction in waiting time or other business outcome.

Privacy and account closure

Read our privacy policy for information handling. You can request account and associated data deletion. Account deletion and cancellation of a business subscription may require separate steps; ask us to clarify any outstanding subscription when making your request.

Service issues and changes

Availability may be affected by maintenance or technical problems. Contact us to resolve an issue. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date; paid service changes are subject to your agreed service terms.
