SkipQue · Your information & choices
Privacy policy
Updated 3 October 2026
This notice describes information handled through the SkipQue website. SkipQue is based in Kampala, Uganda. Contact contact@skipque.com about your information.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, message, optional phone number and company, and your form confirmations. These details are sent to our team by email so we can answer your request. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, health information, or children’s personal information.
Appointments and accounts
When you follow an authenticated booking link, the booking service receives the selected branch, service, date, time, optional notes, and your authentication token. The organisation providing your appointment also handles booking information under its own privacy notice. Ask that organisation about its handling of your records.
Purpose and access
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments you request, and operate the service. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those functions. Website requests may include technical information such as an IP address and browser details. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not load analytics or advertising trackers. It stores your acknowledgement of the cookie notice in your browser for up to six months. See the cookie policy.
Retention and your choices
Contact us to ask what information is held, how long it is retained, to correct it, or to request a copy or deletion. Retention can depend on the type of record, the organisation providing a service, and legal obligations. If information must be retained when handling your request, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period.
You can request deletion of your SkipQue account and associated data without signing in. You can also request an end to marketing emails.
Children’s information
The website enquiry and booking forms are for adults aged 18 or over submitting their own information. Do not submit a child’s information through these forms. A parent or guardian should contact our team without including the child’s details first, so the relevant provider can establish an appropriate consent process. A checkbox alone does not verify parental authority. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted by mistake.
Questions or complaints
Email contact@skipque.com. You can also raise a privacy concern with Uganda’s Personal Data Protection Office or the relevant authority where you live.
